This is a very good course textbook. It would be better, though, to have more examples in the text to explain the theories in organizational behavior. It's a little bit pricey too.

This book is a great leadership and organizational behavior resource. It also offers a web site where one can take tests, access to PowerPoints, etc. I would recommend this book.

I took the class "Organizational Behavior" for college credit. Closed the semester with an "A". This book is extremely beneficial inside the classroom and outside, especially in today's organizational climate.

I had to get this book for a class and I find it so informational and helpful at my office that I am reading it cover to cover. It may look like a textbook but it is a great tool for structuring an office enviornment or fixing one that needs fixing. The dos and don'ts of people structure of an organization. Very informative.
